15 POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS TO START YOUR DAY OFF RIGHT

Every so often you have one of those days. You know the type: crabby, cranky, nothing can go right slash just plain “ugh” - kind of days.
Instead of leaning into every negative thought that enters your head, let’s think positive! I’ve compiled a list of affirmations that I tell myself on those of days and I want to share it with you. Let’s turn this day around or… at least make it bearable until we wake up on the right side of the bed tomorrow!!
ONE. My past is not a reflection of my future.
TWO. I will succeed today
THREE. I deserve to have joy in my life.
FOUR. I am a problem solver. I focus on solutions and always find the best solution.
FIVE. I view my body as a temple and I treat it with kindness.
SIX. I am smart enough to make my own decisions.
SEVEN. My body is healthy, and I’m grateful.
EIGHT. I’m calm, happy, and content.
NINE. I’m allowed to make mistakes; they don’t make up my whole story.
TEN. I choose to be proud of myself and the things I choose to do.
ELEVEN. I can absolutely do anything I put my mind to.
TWELVE. My needs and wants are important.
THIRTEEN. I attract money easily into my life.
FOURTEEN. No amount of guilt can change the past, and no amount of worrying can change the future.
FIFTEEN. When I allow my light to shine, I unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
